Welcome to FreshFlowers.com.au. In the help section you will find a step-by-step process on how to navigate through the site and to order products online.
- Step 1 Click on the Store box categories found on the top left handside of the homepage to choose your product.
- Step 2 Click on the design to buy and see a larger view. Confirm the quantity and size then click "Add to basket."
- Step 3 Confirm total, delivery fee and order total then tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Click "Proceed to Checkout".
NB: Some products are available in different sizes.
- Step 4 Fill in your delivery date and details then click "Next"
- Step 5 Enter your credit card details and a confirmation number will be displayed on screen. An email confirmation and receipt will also be sent to you.
