Do you offer same day delivery to company addresses?

Our couriers are able to deliver your special floral bouquets and arrangements up until 5pm to company and business buildings on Monday through Saturday. For residential addresses, we are able to deliver up to 7pm Monday to Sunday in most areas.

How do I confirm my flowers have been delivered?

You can easily confirm with us by simply giving us a call on 1300 468 373 and speaking to one of our Customer Service consultants.

The best time to confirm whether your flowers have been delivered is the day after your scheduled delivery date. That way we’re able to confirm with our courier drivers to see if the delivery has been completed.

Oops! I’ve given the wrong address!

If you have given the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do as much as we can to redirect your gift. If it has already been dispatched with a driver, this can be very difficult to redirect and may incur a redelivery fee and/or floral wastage depending on the situation. Re-delivery charges vary depending on whether you select an express option, we'll discuss options when you give us a call to correct the address.

What if the recipient was not home at the time of delivery?

Our couriers would only return our flowers if they think it’s unsafe to such as harsh weather, or inaccessibility, the order will then be returned to us. We will be in touch with you to confirm an appropriate redelivery date and confirm any redelivery fees or floral wastage fees. The redelivery fee is not more than our regular delivery charges unless you select an express service for redelivery, and floral wastage charges would be related to the amount of flowers needing replacement, if any.
