What time do I need to order for same day flower delivery?
Order before 2pm, Monday to Saturday, local time of the delivery address. We don't deliver on Sundays or public holidays unless specified at checkout.
Can you deliver same day to an office or business?
Yes. Our couriers deliver bouquets and arrangements to business addresses until 5pm Monday to Saturday, and to residential addresses until 7pm Monday to Saturday.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals?
Yes, we deliver to most major hospitals across Australia. The details we need for hospital delivery are shown at checkout.
How do I confirm my flowers have been delivered?
You'll receive an SMS and email confirmation. If you'd like to double-check, call us on 1300 468 373 (8am-5pm Monday to Friday, 8am-2pm Saturday).
What if I gave the wrong delivery address?

What happens if the recipient isn't home?
Unless you've given other instructions on your order, our courier will leave your flowers in a safe place. If it isn't safe to do so, for example in harsh weather or where access is blocked, the order is returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply. See our terms and conditions.
